Leek cream soup (Appetizer)
Ingrediente
500 g leek, 1 cup rice, 2 onions, 1 tbsp butter, 1 egg, 1 cup sour cream, salt, 1/2 loaf bread
Mod de preparare
Boil the white part of the leek with rice and onions in 2L water for 30 min. Sieve the rice and leek to create a puree. Return to the soup with butter and salt, boil 10 min. Cool slightly, then stir in the beaten egg and cream. Serve with toasted croutons.
